About this Course

This is a 7-week volleyball clinic for boys and girls ages 7-14. The goal of the clinic is to teach proper basic volleyball techniques, while having fun! We will be using modified lighter volleyballs to allow maximum success per individual. Every clinic day starts with a general body awareness warm-up and stretching.
